lost channels on canal satellite

My Satellite Setup
Xsat dtva with an official canal sat card and monoblock.
80 cm dish
My Location
London
I lost all the channels on 12402V canal satellite: planete choc, jetix, comedie.....
I can't find anywhere that there are news keys, so anybody knows what happened?

add to that l'equipe tv. there are no new keys, i think its a changed of encryption but i cannot be sure. nba+, nat geo some of the othjer channels are still there. i dont normally listen to speculation but i was told that eventually they will all change encryption. i will try and find out more and post back. at least we still have cartoon network, disney channels.
