Sorry, I do not get it. What do you mean by "screw"? Could you show some picture of that screw?

Somewhere in England (possibly?)!
Invacom C120 Single LNB

He probably means those on the picture. Any hardware store .
Not sure if that's right - I suspect that those screws shown in your image are the coarse-threaded sort (I think they are called "sheet metal" screws - at least in the US!) which used to be used (are still used?) for jobs like securing the case of a desktop PC to the chassis. If so, you won't get them in a hardware store and ebay would be a better place - see here

From memory the bolts are normally M4s, but there are multiple lengths available, depending on the thickness of the feed flange, and the depth of the thread on the LNB housing. I think 12-15mm usually covers a lot of them.

CH's suggestion sounds more plausible

Still no picture.... at least it is not visible o_O to me.
I think we are catching wind in the net here. Maybe you can measure it's lengths and diameter of the threaded part? I can send you 1/2 kg of screws, but would be easier for you to visit nearest shop which sells screws and purchase from them. Missing screw for the LNB is minor obstacle in front of you towards installation of stellite antenna system..... there are some relay tough coming, just be prepared. @solly I have found some INOX screws in my box-of-hope. IMG_20180105_175041 (Large).jpg If you wish you can have them. Price- the can of beer plus shipping :D
But, I am serious now, you better look locally in the shops.... they should have such a screws. Will be much cheaper then send them from oversees.

@solly It is not a problem for me to send screws I have. Look also in e-bay, maybe they can ship to your location. For example, if you order here, than 20 10mm INOX screws with hexagon head cost less than 1.5 GBP. But, if you like screws from me than PM me your address.

There must be an old piece of electronics you can take apart to get the correct thread bolt for this. One of the neighbours with an obselete dish on their roof, small motorbike, piece of electronics etc
