M-Channel: The Musicians Channel is set to launch free-to-air via Sky Digital on the 26th May. The channel is dedicated to encouraging, inspiring and educating independent musicians.
All ranges of music are planned, from classical/opera to urban DJ/MC techniques. The channel will also air new talent from unsigned bands.
Test transmissions for the channel can be found via Eurobird 1 at 28.5 degrees east, under the ID "52010" on 11.224 GHz, SR 27500, FEC 2/3.
