I wouldn't normally promote stuff like this, but the conditions include 'shipping worldwide' at what look like very reasonable rates as well

Dual band dish feed by ADL

ADL RP1-CKU Tri-Band Feedhorn Dielectric Polarizer | eBay

How it works

US4903037A - Dual frequency microwave feed assembly - Google Patents

And a C band feed/LNB assembly from SMW

Swedish Microwave Feedhorn Model 8910 | eBay

I have no affiliation with Chris btw.

I have bought a few satellite items from that seller, very sensible prices and quick postage to the UK.

It is a consumer item, which can only use dielectric materials to depolarise. You need a mechanical waveguide for the best circular efficiency but they can only work with one polarity at a time.

If its anything like my cheap c-band lnb the dielectric just slots into the throat of the lnb. There are small ridges set at 90 degrees so you can adjust the polarity.

Time to get creative with a breadboard & a saw :-rofl2

And if that sounds weird its exactly what one of our members did a few years back. The thread will be in the C-band section somewhere.

Same seller is having a clearout before Christmas, with 30% off some of the items, for example

GARDINER S-Band Low Noise Block Downconverter | eBay

I've ordered two, just in case the Bentley Walker cast aluminium one stops working.

If anyone is after a reliable positioner....

WINERSAT WR-902G Computer Synthesized Satellite Receiver | eBay

or

ECHOSTAR SR-4500 Integrated Satellite Receiver-Antenna Positioner | eBay

or prefers one that is not so reliable

ECHOSTAR SR-5500 Microprocessor Controlled Integrated Receiver-Positioner | eBay

The S-Band LNBs arrived this morning. A bit cold outside to play with them at the moment.
