Mansfield, Nottinghamshire - Monoblock Setup (19E / 13E) or (28E, 19E & 13E)

Im looking for an installer who is not affraid of heights & can help me get a better setup than I have now ;)

I currently have just a Standard Sky Dish, (situated at the peak of the roof, 3 stories high) however either the allignment is out or the dish needs to be situated slightly higher as the current signal is around 60% & I cant watch tv when it rains
The dish is this high as we live in what used to be a quarry so we have a large bank at the end of the garden, which also has tree's, although there is certainly line of sight if the dish is in the right place.

I would like to either have a seperate larger dish setup with a monoblock lnb so I can recieve 19E / 13E & re-allign the dish for 28.2E

OR

Which I think would be better to have just a larger dish and multi monoblock which will do 28E, 19E & 13E (or other combinations? Im wanting to go for the sats that will give me the most english Movies / Sport, however researching this seems to be the most common setup.
