Hi, I have a Technomate TM-5500 DAPCI satellite receiver which has two ci slots for which I recently purchased a Matrix reloaded cam.
The salesman at the shop who sold me the Matrix reloaded cam suggested I use the lower cam slot as the top slot is patched.
As there is no mention in the Technomate manual of a patched cam slot I am a little confused. I would be very grateful for any information on this subject, ie. is the salesman correct, if so what is a patched slot?
