matrix reloaded/technomate

hello,newbie needs help,please,i have a technomate 77502va2ci reciever & matrix reloaded cam,loaded with mr220 keys, can see them on receiver, but when trying to watch channels get black screen, followed by insert smartcard message,can see channels with glod card, but just started with cam, cheers for any help

mrv220 is kind of old now - u need to upgrade to mrv223
