Fortec-Star Lifetime Classic Receiver with 65cm dish single LNB

Does anyone know anything about the make of satellite equipment, Metronic. Just want to know if there reliable make and if they generally do easy to use systems. The other make I want to know if is any good is Fortec star? Any info would be appreciated

Went on that site before wasn't very impressed couldn't find any good info. Other thing with a 65 cm dish would i be able to pick up any channels on Hotbird 13? Am thinking after a while will add motor so i can pick up more satelites!

One more thing i'm confused about is, one system says it come with a 0.4 LNB and the other says a universal LNB I know what the part is but whats the difference? Any info is appreciated

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

They are probably both universal, as it is pretty much the standard for Europe these days, it is the noise figure which varies, the lower the better (but beware as all stated figures may not be what they appear).

65cm is OK for hotbird, but if you are looking to motorise, then go for an 80cm minimum. :)
