Can anyone explain why I cannot get the following channels?

When I use my Topfiled 5000 PVR to perform manual search (using the above data), the receiver returns zero video/audio channels - automatic search also fails, am I doing something wrong or missing some parameters?
Can Topfield users confirm that they have these channels?
BTW i got the frequency from kingofsat.net
