Moteck Digipower Diseqc 1.2 Motor

I recently installed a Moteck SG2100 H-H Motor, I can store sats manually but for some reason DiSEqC 1.2 nor USALS will move the dish.
If you have any suggestions I would be grateful.
My receiver is a Technomate 7655 2ci.
Have also tried using a Manhattan Starlight MX same thing happens.

Have you entered your coordinates in the DiseqC section of the setup menu and does the motor move by pressing the buttons on the body, or by using the Move East/West button?

Yep i put both coordinates in and i can move the dish with both buttons and in the DiseqC menu.
When changing from one sat to another the receiver displays that it is moving but the dish does not.

Have you moved the dish manually to a satellite and then saved the position and if you have, does the motor find its way back?

I have saved hotbird thor and astra 19e the only way i can move between the sats is to do it manualy using the Diseqc menu.
I have also been told that the SG-2100 is not USALS compatible but only works with Diseqc 1.2, yet i have also been told that if the motor has the goto x feature it will work with USALS who is right?????

It has worked with USALS on the receivers I have installed onto, but there may of course be some with which it doesn't work.

It's just that Motec or Jaeger doesn't want to pay for the name USALS to have the logo on it.
