Welcome to the forum!

I can't help you with your receiver but:

is the pole true? Did you set it all up from your southerly most satellite and work from there- needed to get the arc correct?

Try setting your dish on 5W, there is a good transponder with French digital channels 11591 Vertical http://www.lyngsat.com/ab3.html.

Once found you can fine tune by slightly offsetting the motor by a couple of degrees East and realigning to it. You should then be pretty much on the correct arc.

Well your motor bracket setting should be your lattitude on the Moteck, your dish declination setting should be as per the calculation in the motor handbook. If you have an old analogue receiver, you can find the 5W satellite quite easily, as there are still a few analogue channels on there.

if your setting up for 5w, your angles should be something like below
( hopefully one of the senior members will confirm this)
all you need is a spirit level and protractor, set the angle and slowly sweep back and forth towards the sat
good luck
