Motorised 90cm dish - Watford, Hertfordshire

I've had a motorised system for a couple of years, then stopped using it.

Just realised that the dish doesn't seem to be tracking properly, can't find anything very far from when it was left at 19.2.

Would like someone to realign & advise please.

But, what exactly is installed, and where is it on the house ?
