does someone here had build a motorised feedhorn ?
i want to build something like that for a ku-band lnb only for adjust cross-polarity
it s not nessecary to have 90° range.

You could add an OMT if you wanted 2 LNBs or do as I have done and fit a C120 flange to an Octagon LNB.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

If you look around the auction sites for luxury boat equipment, sometimes you will find gyrostabilised dish parts being sold for use, and a few out there have the three axis feed system.

i have bought an heavy servo motor (17k) , it s for move my LNB , it need more power than a simple polarotor
some people on this forum use these servo motor (S3315d - ld3015 -mg996) does it works on 5V and what intensity do i need ?

Yes it works on 5 v , very easy to control with a servo tester

... i use 15Kg ones on my two servo polarity / skew jobs driven off 5volt line moving a weighty C-band Norsat lnb and all ok. The only thing to be wary of is to make sure that everything is lined up level between servo and lnb etc so as not to have any tight spots when revolving as i have found that if you have - it can cause the servo to 'chatter' and eventually it will fail.
If your using that particular servo controller and you dont have a dish cam that's looking at what position the lnb is in at any particular time you can buy a PWM detector display that just plugs into one of the spare controller outputs and you can make a note as to what the display readout is corresponding to the lnb skew / polarity position. I can send the link to the one i use if you go down that route.

i control the servo pulse with my positionner the same way as mechanical polarotor , i dont have make the mechanical body yet , i have problem with power supply , motor need a big intensity when it try to run.
when it move step by step it works ! but if i want go from -90° to +90° motor make noise and move slowly ?

john can you post some pictures , please .

Here's the link for the PWM display and also installed into a home-brew controller / case.
This one is used on my 1.2 Gibby Ka/Ku dish with Trust type lnb changer.
