Hi,

I live in East London where I have a motorised setup.

The problem is I only get 0.8W, 13E, 19.2E and 28.2E.

I'd like a quote for realigning the dish so I can get all the sats.

Have posted pics of my current setup if it helps.

Thanks.

You should definitely get a whole lot more than that. Have you tried realigning it yourself?

I expect Robbo will be along in a minute, though :)

I've tried but with no luck - I've moved the satellite around, and also used my dm800 to move the satellite east and west.

Where abouts are you in East London?

TBH, I don't much like the look of the bracket you have used, it is quite likely that it would put your arc off.

Either way, I could come and sort it for you

Cheers

Mark

P.S send me a PM.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Indeed, the mount will flex each time the dish is moved off the central point.

Have you called the original installation company/supplier ?

Time to name a shame perhaps.

Just how old is the system, and did you get a written guarantee ?

Can't remember the company name as it was installed 2-3 years ago.

Nope no written guarantee.
