Motors TV no signal

I can no longer receive Motors TV, I just get a 'No signal' message, although 99.9% of others are fine and my signal strength and quality are almost perfect. I also can`t receive the 'Simply..' shopping channels, which I believe are on the same frequency and transponder. I think I read somewhere this could be due to the channel being sent through an Eastern European signal (or something like that!). As Motors has some good stuff on, can anyone shed any light on this please?

Clear as a bell here mate 11488v 27500 as i write this (90%s 100%q)

You shouldn't have a problem with that channel, it is not on the Eurobird Eastern Beam. The IF for that transponder is 1.738Ghz, not sure whether this is in the DECT phone range. Has this been happening long?

Have a look at the Lyngsat page http://www.lyngsat.com/28east.html and see if you can receive the channesl either side of that frequency.

Just checked. I can get the test channels (ISM Test1 v5, ISM Movies v6, STT) on the next frequency available 11.508 H 27500, but no signal on the available frequency immediately before, 11.469 H 27500. Hope you can help chaps!

Sorry, missed a bit. Couldnt say if its being happening long as I only realigned my dish last Sunday and I couldnt receive it before due to the alignment. I`m just assuming I should be able to get it now with my signal strength/quality?

Go into the installers menu on the digibox (services, system setup, 01select and press manual tuning, type in the transponder details and see what it has to say on the signal read out.
