DONT touch your dish! You dont have a much hope of getting 28E in Pakistan - the tranmissions arent designed to cover much than northern and western Europe. They certainly arent the widebeams that 13E uses.
6 foot isnt big enough for Hotbird in Pakistan. You are right on the extreme edge of the coverage are Other folk on the forum in Pakistan and north west India use dishes up to 12 feet in diameter for Hotbird!
Have a look around the forum - theres several threads about reception of Hotbird in Pakistan. You might find someone has posted notes about reception somewhere close to you and what sized dish they use.
Please note - due to the different beams each satellite uses, some of the channels will never be available to you (especially the ones on the Europen super beams on Hotbirds 2 & 3 and probably whatever is left on the old Hotbird 1)
