Just Sharing This MS Office 2016 Professional Plus - cheap?

Just sent them a secure message from inside my on-line account - then it's on "electronic paper" that they have received, and the ability to phone that bank (Co-op SMILE) has effectively been stopped for the last few months anyway!

You may think this overall approach is somewhat "cavalier" but I am generally very careful, and - over many years - I think that there was only one occasion when I effectively got scammed, and that was about 6-7 years ago for some PC correction s/w that turned out to be totally useless.

Fingers Crossed it turns out to be nothing.

I have been a victim of fraud on my bank account, all I will say is it's a right royal pain in the ..... no card, direct debits/standing orders stopped.

Limited to drawing out cash only, after I prove I am me.

The new card takes about a week to turn up.

Luckily I have debit cards for 3 (4 if you include my company one!) other bank accounts. and so a "minor inconvenience" to have one of those stopped - but other payments from the SMILE account might still be compromised.

These cheap MSoft codes are allegedly from unused corporate (as you mentioned), OEM, MSDN etc licences. Whist use may be outside the licence conditions, the supplier may not be a total scammer.

If you want to play, install it on a VM, connect via a VPN and block caller ID to get support and see what happens

Something to listen to whilst loading the VM

Thanks but I don't think I'll be doing that any time in the near future - just not that "good" with VMs and so on ATM :D

Update:

FYI I have now updated the Office Pro installation on one the m/c's to the latest MS version of 28th June without any problem – which seems contradict the comment from an Amazon reviewer who apparently got a “Fake Key” message from the MS site when he tried to do so - and the post-update Kaspersky & Malwarebytes scans came up clean again.

So it all still seems to be looking good – only downside now seems to be that the prices have increased from around £7+ each to £16-£25, depending on which supplier you choose.

Amazon supplier may not always be "reliable", but would you trust piratebay suppliers any moreo_O?
