It is a shame that you did not include 52 east & 45 west satellites as this will mean a return visit of the installer & you will have had a better idea of how your dish is tracking the arc.
its works though

80cm Motorised.
Several small Dishes.
Much else.

It actually says

Satellite and Broadband

It's advertising for Mix Digital, who are involved with both those activities. The latter being Broadband by Satellite, of course.

Possibly.

I suspect the advert is broader brush and refers to their entire range of dishes, not necessarily or specifically that one.

The dish possibly yes, but you'd need a totally different LNB set up....not to mention subscribing to a sat broadband service.

Somewhere in England (possibly?)!
list of satellites i have tuned in:
1w
4.8e
7e
9e
13e
19.2e
23.5e
28.2e
That's quite a reasonable "start" (and should not be a "challenge" to any experienced installer with the right equipment) but only about 1/3rd of the arc that I would hope to see to confirm that the dish is aligned and tracking correctly - as previously mentioned, with an 80cm dish it should be possible to get the stronger sats to around 30W and (at least) 42E (& possibly 52E) unless blocked by hills, trees, buildings, or the like.

By that I assume you mean the noise when the dish hits "something" solid (a wall, etc.)! :-lol

So, all he has to do it to move the dish gently by a small amount to the E (say from Astra 2 at 28.2E to Eutelsat 33 at 33E) or W (say from Thor at 1W to Eutelsat 8 West B at 8W) of the existing set of sats, and then so on further to the E and to the W - and take a look at the dish after each movement to see if it is getting close to anything solid!

Then set the dish E& W movement limits in the Motor menu (as described here for example - does not seem to be in the manual, which also true for a lot of other functions/adjustments which exist but are not documented in that book :() to prevent the dish going any further along the arc in those directions.

Fine, but I trust that you now have the info to experiment further if you ever decide that you want to try to get more sats.
