Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

First thing to do is borrow one from someone else and see if theirs works on your box. If their's does and its not the Digibox, then change the batteries, you may of course have already tried this.

There's not much you can do with a faulty remote except exchange it, unless of course someone's spilt drink on or sometning, then you could possibly take it apart and clean it.

is it the buttons for the telly or the digi box that don`t work? the remotes can be programmed for different models of telly. it may need reprogramming.

Try pressing the interactive button, >sky enquiries> technical help> sky remote> set up remote control> set up to operate tv, select your make of tv, follow the instructions to program the remote using the correct code.

make sure your batteries are not low.
