CYGNSS, hurricane spotter satellite launch, from the air.

20 odd minutes before deployment

Orbital ATK’s Pegasus rocket will make its first launch in three years Monday, carrying NASA’s CYGNSS environmental research satellite constellation into orbit. The air-launched rocket departed Cape Canaveral Air Force Station aboard its carrier aircraft at 07:37 Eastern time (12:37 UTC), ahead of a eighty-five-minute launch window opening at 08:24 (13:24 UTC).

Now troubleshooting, possible pump motor seized, May launch in 20 minutes if it can be freed off.
A good persuasive thump with a hammer.

The thump confirms the pump is not at fault, there is no power to it.

Somebody will be along in a minute with some fuse wire.

Ten minutes to new launch, cloud on the horizon may scupper everything though.
