need flash and loader for db-6800ci please.

Hello All:

I have a BEC db-6800ci reciver and its been acting badly and I need a a new flash to flash it, plus the loader to load it. Please help me by telling me where I can get all the files I need to flash my reciver. Thanks in advance.
