Need help with kaon and xcam

I need help with upgrading the xcam, I have a kaon KSC-570HCO and I’ve been using the nextwave with null modem cabel and the xcloader program, but I can’t get the connection right. I fire up the xcloader first and then I power on the STB, like I says in the “how to do” but I get the “waiting connection” on the xcloader and the “pleas wait” on the STB. I have xcam v1.03 so I can’t use the funcard method. I can see that in the CI menu the xcam is identified by the STB, but still I can’t get the communication going. Have anyone experienced or overcome this problem? I appreciate any help on the subject. Thanks
