I have decided to get a decoder/dectypter, to connect to Sirius 4 sat, at 12303 H, need to get CNBC, as far as I know they got a PowerVu incription.
At this point I don't know anything about decoders, and how to use them properly, although I am great with all the elctronics, just never set up a sat link before.
So please be patiant and can some one explaine wich one and how it works???:-worship
Thanks

Hi Alex, welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can get PowerVu easily, receivers for this are not available to the general public I believe.

Although CNBC Europe is also on Astra 19.2E free to air it seems

if you can pick up that satellite OK.

Astra 19.2 should be relatively easy to receive in Western and Central Ukraine, what sized dish do you have and which part of Ukraine?

No you are not, your dish is plenty big enough.

Look at this:-

Astra 1L

Are you getting confused with the Astra 2 cluster?

OOPS:-rofl2

You are still very close to the edge of it, these things are approximate. I would be surprised if you were not able to receive it on a 90cm dish. I can receive from satellites that I am far more off the footprint than that.
