Need opinion on dish location(photos incl.)

Satellite=Motorized Triax 88cm&a DM800HD with 500gb hd.Vu+ Duo

This is the side i have to use to mount my dish on.Can anyone give me there opinion as to where's the best place to mount the dish,1,2 or 3.
Or could anyone suggest an alternative location?

I have seen some of the members installations and the dishes are mounted in some weird and wonderful places

Technomate TMS-1500 CI+ "patched" receiver, 90cm p/f 36v motorised dish, Inverto C120 0.3db LNB, Moteck V-Box 2, Packard Bell 6052 XP Home computer, Toshiba A60 laptop, and lots of Russian Vodka !

I would be thinking of no 2, especially if it clears the house opposite.
Is no 2 facing due south.

I guess its facing south as there are a few dishes on my road that are fitted on this side of the house

It doesnt matter where it goes as long as it clears the house across the driveway, & has line of sight onto the required satellite(s). If you are installing yourself then safe access for installation is vital. (And for tweaking when you want to play later).......

If you are going motorised then Id go for the higher location.

It's no good guessing, find out for sure which way is south otherwise your wasting your time. :-sball

Well,the Sky installers have fitted them to this side of the houses so i'm pretty sure its facing south
