neosat sx9600 fta receiver

hi experts.
i am in trouble please help me
receiver neosat model sx9600 (5518 chip)
i tried to upgrade its soft ware with newer downloaded from
downloads
i completed all process successfuly. after that i tried to tune receiver
but when progress bar reaches 5% ,the receiver is shutting down
automaticaly.and not tunning any channel,but all other functions are working
correctly. please guide me ,where is problem and sugesions.

i got the neosat model sx9600 (5518 chip) and s/w from neosat.com but don't know how to transfer files to stb via pc. can u pls help me in this regard that first how u upgraded receiver. what application u used for this purpose. and 2nd how u solved the problem u have posted above. plz mail me
