Hi gang,

Which images are you using these days?

I still have Gemini 107, but today I see Multivision has gone off and I cant get it back up!

Which are the best images/cams/keys to use today?
and where can I download them?

Thanks.
John.

Check the first post, Gemini was working but MV had gone I think that's why the new image was being loaded....

But still, if his old 107 doesnt work anymore for m*ultiv*on, what would you do ? I guess just flash with new image, in his case he chose the Gemini Project 2.40. How can this have anything to do with k*ys. First step inhere is to upload new image by using flashwizard for ex. and then k*ys. Right ?

best image at the moment is gemini 2.40, you'll need to upgrade
image in flash too.
cams; camb3.823 or newcamb compleet will do.
you'll need to install new keys daily.
regards.

Replacing the image will not help MV work if it doesn't work with the old image.

Two options - use the old, or new image, and manually update the K*ys using ftp each morning or wait until the internet update of k*ys catches up (usually the night of the change).

My point is, changing the image will not get MV working any faster than the old image. I understand that was the original problem...

Replacing image in my case did help me to get working MV. My old image did not work, no updates were possible via menu add-ons, however with new Gemini 2.40, it does work.
No need manually updating.

I'm now using Pli-700-20051030, in my opinion better than Gemini and updates the keys and CAMs very easily. :)

Dear Rolfw, I will for sure try out the Pli Image, however, I dont see how much easier can it be for updating k*ys and c*ms than it already is with Gemini, I mean, you just need to press two buttons ans thats it.
But still, everything is sooo interesting, isnt it ? hehe :)

This one updates a whole range of keys at the same time (sometimes had problems with Gemini), the blue button control panel is much more extensive and what is best, is that it seems to be more stable and works better with my reality CAM. Like you say, always nice to try new images, even if you are happy with the old one, part of the fun. :)

Switched to Pli-700-20051030 from DaVinci and Gemini and also find it better.

Pli 7000 is up, MV working, looks indeed nicer, just perfect, a lot of options.
