New Dish Guidlines

I am wanting to upgrade the size of my moterished dish from 80cm to the Triax dish approx 105cm, i also have a Sky dish set up, does anyone know when the new guide lines come into force so i can upgrade the size without any worries.

The way that I read the press release was that as from that date (27th October 2005) the new planning regs were in force. Put your dish up and just quote the new regs should you get any complaints.
