Hello to the board

What would be a suitable dish for a start. Allowing flexibility for mounting. The dish will be set up for the house externally. But what are the options if I wanted to mount it on top of a green house or on ground level? I have a SKY dish allready fixed on a pole onto the building.

Looking for alternative, saves me risking a fall trying to put it up.

Any response appreciated.

Hi,

To mount a dish at ground level you just need to have a clear view of whichever satellite you are trying to pick up.

If you have a clear view down low, it can for example be mounted on a pole fixed to the wall, a pole concreted into the ground, on a ground mount,on a tripod, on a fence post- take your pick.
