You can now keep track of all your appointments (and others) with this new feature.

Think you need a Google email account.

Where will their tracking end?

Looks good. I imagine the share calendar feature could be useful for some people...but not me (not got anything exciting to share :( ).

Being able to import an outlook calendar file is good too. But it's a pity it has to be imported rather than just synchronised, I only ever use a PC calendar as a quick and easy way to get entries in my phone, with no way of getting data from the google calendar into outlook I doubt I'll use it much.

If their tracking is as good as rumored then you will probably get reminders from now on without downloading it.

They just bought 'Writely' a browser based word processor (no application to download. It can save and open Word documents.

This is the next step - web based applications. Eventually they will run on their 'super fast' private Internet.

They have been buying up 'dark fibre' and built their own Internet 'post offices' next to the exiting ones.

They are also just about to announce a 'virtual' hard drive for users to store any data they want.
