TV XXI is cinema channel. Ukraine Platform Xtra TV started test 4 weeks ago with channels TV XXI, MGM and 2x2 at 11336H/27500, later added new channels and 3 channels at 11260H/27500(see also post#2 / MGM Eastern Europe 4W a day ago). The full channel list:

Good to know. Had a look on their site and it's 89 grivnas a month for all 5 packets (about 7 GBP). Now it's just a matter of obtaining the Conax card outside Ukraine....
