simply replace the existing tps script in var/ folder with a new one from where ever u obtain it from, I used a german site.

1) I know marys keys will open tps but how do I get them onto my gemini image when the keys download page does'nt have marys as an option.

Its a hectic time of year so Ive been off the board for a wk.
Reply is:
Get latest Mary from whatever site.
e.g.
hteeteep://mary.siteburg.com/mary.tar.gz
it may or may not unzip on its own.
I d/load to Mac and then I have a folder/directory var
inside var there are two more folders keys and scce
Then call DB with a ftp client
i.e. on PC use web browser and ftp://192.168.0.24 (or whatever yr DB IP is)
on Mac the perverse stupid OS wont let you modify remote sites by web/ftp
so I have to ship var to PC and then I overwrite the keys and scce folders
hey presto.

2) I noticed that my DB had changed the name of MV8 to Engl Prem some time during the last few days without asking my permission. I applaud initiative but this seems a step too far. What has happened to MV8 for the movies it sometimes shows?

This is the 2nd time Ive read a cryptic message about gbox.
For those idiots like me who need leading by the ring in my nose, can I have a stronger hint, please!
The thing I almost like about this business is that just as you get settled with a "service" like coax by M2, zap, its gone and a new phoenix has to rise from the ashes (phoenix in classic sense, not whatever it was in sat sense). Is gbox such a thing? When I googled, I ended up in Oz, a year ago.

Struggling to find a site for marys keys can you help? the site you posted does not seem to be a sat site, also will the file be labeled marys keys or by another name, I want to get the keys into my Gemini image via FTP client which will be the next hurdle.

Why is it that you need Mary's keys??? The blue button on the Gemini image lets you download anything you need. If you still need some specific keys why don"t you just download the one you need. On the Gemini image there is anyway only place for two working cams such as Newcamd and or scam. Mary's keys is full of unused stuff, old stuff and will just bloat your var....
