I would like to have BBC Prime channel which has subtitle in English, but my receiver dose not scan it. I will be glad if you help to solve this problem.

I don't know what Satellite you receive.
In the geographical position that I am I receive BBC prime from Hispasat (Nagravision) but there am no subtitle
before I also received from Hotbird 12245H (no subtitle) now they changed frequency to 10796V (Viaccess 2.3 ).
I don't receive the signal.
