Hi All,
I am sure this question has been asked of you many times but I would be grateful if you could help me in any way.
I have retired to the Gandia area of Spain and need help in deciding what satellite system I should get. Am interested in a few English channels i.e.
Sky News, Some Film channels and documentaries if possible.
Any information would greatly appreciated.

Hi Gad, welcome to the forum. :)

The Sky news bit is easy, some of the other English language channels like BBC may be a little harder, in that they will require a bigger dish.

Not knowing my Spanish geography, means that I am uncertain where Gandia is and what size dish you will require to receive the BBC channels on Astra 2D.

There are of course a lot of other channels that you can receive and a good look around the forum will give you a better idea.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Have a look at the dedicated Astra 2D forum here. Many have reported good info on dish size and channels available from around Spain
