hi every one im new to sky and new to this forum
any one tell me why when i scan for channels on new installation on freesat
i dont reciieve channel 4 itv and ch 5
i have to do a dd channels to find it
then how do i rearrange the channells listing to include these new channells ive just found
i have a pace digibox

Not sure what the answer is (someone will) I see you have a motorised 1 meter dish so what else are you using it for other than 28 East?

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

If you don't have a Freesat card in the receiver, then you will not receive those channels. If you have a card, you may need to phone Sky to activate it, or if it is an expired Sky card, then leave it in the box over night.
