i am looking to go satellite but not sure best way.mersey sat quoted £450 to £850.
i am looking at sport and english channels.
realy i want to dip my toe so is £300 a start or should i not bother.
ant suggestions please.

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

If you have a decent PC, then a cheap way of toe dipping is to get a Skystar2 PC card receiver and a DiseqC motor with a 90cm dish, you should be able to pick up a fair bit with that combination.
