Newbie, Motor Reset

Hi

I've got the Maplin's bundle.

Metronic TouchBox2 80cm dish and a Metronic DiSEqC motor (450907). It's mounted on a 2.5 m pole in the back garden and receives no problem

I only set it up on Sunday, I had it all working, but now the motor will not move when I change satellites. I can manually change the postion but when I save the satellite it stays on that one when I try a different one

I can take it back to the shop, but I don't want to look an idiot if it's just something simple.

Has anyone else come across this problem.

I can't see any "Made in" badges but the company is French, so I must assume they are made in France.

Labour charges are actually lower in the UK than in France so, unless it's a French dependancy then probably not. Not for the price Maplin are getting / selling them for in any case.

Any ideas as to why the motor will not return to the ref/reset position.

Is it because Mr. Blair and Mr. Chirac cannot agree that my "French" motor is taking sides and not cooperating too?
