OK, I presume that you've checked the connections on the cable and that they are well made, you've plugged the lead into the back of the other TV and tried to tune the TV into the Sky+ box, is it a straight cable with nothing inbetween?

The Sky+ box is preset at channel 68 for its ouput, if the Sky+ is switched on, you should be able to tune most TVs to that channel.

How long is the cable from the Sky+ box? Do you have the external antenna connected to the Sky+? If you do, then disconnect and see if the picture improves, are the other pictures OK if it is connected?

To change the oputput channel from the digibox, go into the installer menu, Services, System Setup, 0,1,Select and go to RF outputs.

You don't need to switch the voltage to on, as I presume you are not using a tvlink unit, switch it back off.

Have you removed the TV aerial input and looked to see what the picture is like?

Try changing the RF channel to 21 and retune the TV, if it still gives you a bad picture, try a short lead (you probably have a short lead from your video to TV) and look at the picture on your main TV, if it is good, then you have made the connections badly on the long lead, or if it is pre assembled, it is faulty..
