newbie question about the technomate

I am looking to buy the Technomate 5000 with patch (6 in 1), but I need to know if this needs a CAM or does a patched one come with it?

I'm a newbie to this so pls don't bite my head off

You just add an irdeto cam.You can then use 6in1 files.Astratech below sell it for £189.
