Newbie Skystar2 Setup for 28.2E

Hi

I have just installed a Skystar2 Card but only get "No Signal" in the Setup4PC software.

I have a Sky Digi setup but wanted the Skystar2 to recieve the unencrypted stuff from Astra 28.2E.

I changed the Minidish single LNB for a quad LNB and ran a new ct100 cable run to the PC. This cable/LNB works ok as I have brought the Sky Digibox into the room with the PC and tested the cable. The signal strengh for the PC cable run was 50-60% on the signal strength/quality.

My version of Setup4PC does not have a default setup for 28.2E can anyone help me with what I need to enter into Setup4PC in for the LNB LOF stuff etc.

my experience: you dont need worry about the "Setup4PC"
just leave it alone..
go ahead install the ProgDVB(or other S/W)...

coloureye is correct, ignore setup4pc, and install your preferred veiwer (that are many) but progdvb and my theatre seem to be the fav's

just a tip, make sure when you look in device manager that your skystar show's up (check this b4 installing viewer)
