I'm new to the satellite game, and was wondering exactly what sort of childrens channels are available (apart from the BBC ones).

My kids really enjoy Nick Jnr on NTL at the moment, but I find buying a complete family package just for this channel a bit too expensive!!

I'm quite willing to subscribe to another package if need be, but not NTL or Sky !!

Is it possible to get Nick Jnr on satellite ?

Thanks,

Allen

My Location
In the spare room.
Subscriptions to satellite packages in europe can be very expensive, although some are available by other means,
There is viasat on sirius www.lyngsat-logo.com/tvpack/viasat.html
Scandanavian tv generally shows programmes in their original language.

I think that package only has Nickolodean, not Nick Jnr. I suspect only Sky transmit that channel. I'ts a shame, but no-one seems to cater for the kids
