An old Noaa bird that was switched off waaayyy back in 1975 has sprung back to life! Noaa 2 is the bird in question & its been discovered radiating decent APT like signals up at 1.7GHz. Sadly no real video although some of the sub systems are intact and seem to be transmitting their telemetry.
