I don't think it's directed at you but encouragement to lpe427 to follow your link as a first course of action.

R T F M = Read The F.....g Manual
as indicated by Paul it is encouragement to lpe427 to do just that.........................

I have read the manual and did everything possible.
the weather at the moment is pretty bad.

once it gets better I will go up and check if it moves at all or not.

but problem is I think it does.
because when I put the data for nilesat 7.0 w for example.

It starts targeting and tracking.
the lights turn green but when I start scanning in the decoder 0 signal.

I get back to Arabsat 26.0 E
it works perfectly.

try to get 25.5 E, it doesn't.

tried a normal dish not the vsat one.
everything is fine I can get nilesat, arabsat and es'hailsat.

there's something wrong with the vsat sea tel and I can't seem to figure it out.

It could be it is not moving, and the same txp frequency appears on 26 E and 7W.

I would have thought the system would work similar to Usals and only need you to change the satellite for it to adjust the angle and lock on the satellite´s beacon.
Did notice an e-mail address and phone number for a Company in Southampton on the PDF, could be worth sending them an e-mail as they know the system well and may be able to offer a solution. Personally, have not worked on any marine systems so without being there doubt I can help any further, maybe others here can.

So, went home on vacation for holidays.
Came back offshore to find out that they don't rely on the Sea Tel DAC 2200 Unit anymore.

They have just installed a dish with triax multi-switch system using quad lnb.

the main issue now that some channels on lo band went missing.

https://shopdelta.eu/obrazki/tms-9_amp_obrazek1_duzy.jpg

looking at the amplifier, they said that maybe someone played with the lo band tuner, would it really affect the signal? and it would be the main reason?

and if so, how can I tune them back to the correct position? how can I know the right position?
