No english on Premiere

Am new to all this so could be doing something wrong, have diablo cam 2.3 with lastest keys installed. But none of the premiere channels have any english audio?. Is there some way of getting english, Technomate 6900 if this makes a difference. Also what do the different caids do?

You need to change the audio option, on the channels, to German 2, if available.

already tried that with no luck

Try doing it ithout the cam inserted then insert the cam, there was a problem with the Diablo Cam when trying to change the audio options on Premiere.
If the channel has an English Soundtrack it will be on German 2.
