no free to fir channel on technomate 5500ci+

hi,

i have a technomate 5500ci+, monoblock lnb with fixed dish.
i point it to 13e hotbird but only receive clear spanish channel,
none of free to air channel(bbc3, itv2 etc) can see as it show 10/100 signal
quality, and most of all i want is eorosport.
please help

BBC3 is on 28E and is Free
ITV is on 28 East and is encrypted in Videoguard
Eurosport is on 19 East and clear only on analogue
