Not many people fit 36v systems now Madpup and infact only slightly more will fit DiseqC motors, spoke to a guy the other day who had gone through 15 installers to find one who would fit his 85cm clear dish with a DiseqC motor. As you say, most of them are only equipped to fit Sky, or at the very most Astra or Hotbird setups.

You could try either the CAI website, or the association of professional satellite installers for names of local companies.

It isn't the fact that they are CAI, more that the CAI will know who does what, it is part of the registration.

There just isn't a huge call for motorised installation, it takes too long and normally pays a lot less pro rata than a standard dish or aerial installation.

Well the very nice man from MULTIMEDIA SYSTEMS came yesturday and sorted my system out (motor was facing the wrong way)
he had to sell me a matrix cam cos the dragon cam and card i bought was blank??
why(knowing im brand new to this) would the mail order people sell me a blank card and cam?
bought a infinity usb phoenix programer/reader, then realised i dont know the first thing about these...lol
oh well i knew it was going to be a learning curve.
I'll let you know how im getting on as time goes by

Ah, the Dragon CAM is sold blank, as is the card, you need your phoenix programmer to load the loader card with software which can be downloaded from many places. You really didn't need to buy the extra CAM.

Added the Fortec Star 6100 today, it didnt come with hard drive?
bought a 80 gig HD wired it up, hook the sat dish in, using a long stick to turn the power
on, stood backed and press the power on button,...... nothing
turned the power on at the wall, lol
And presto it works, so now i can record one channel while watching another,
a bit like sky+plus.
Still trying to work out the card problem.
cant find a site which will talk to me like im a 12 year old, cos thats the only way im going to get it, lol.
