No Sound

Hi Again People, I have just linked my sammy to another tv upstairs via the tv coax connector on the rear of my box so that it runs upstairs to the second tv. The picture is supurb but I have not got any sound, can any help please. Also if i link my Sky digibox to loop through the sammy what difference will that make? will the sky listings come through the sammy menu?

Check "Media Settings" in System Setup - TV System PAL -
Broadcasting System should be "I" for UK......

Loop through to dodgybox will only put your Sammy dish through to the Sly receiver - you will not get encrypted Sly on your Sammy..

You can get Sly listings of a sort on both your Sammy and dodgybox if your Sammy dish is pointing to Sly satellites - but make sure either Sammy or dodgybox is on standby when you check - I dont think it does much good to have both trying to receive at the same time... if you have a Sly dish it is usually best to use that with the dodgybox and keep Sammy's dish separate...

Separate installations do avoid confusion .....

Check the fine tuning on the tv upstairs.
Check the settings on your Samsung.
