I am trying to upgrade my nokia mediamaster 9860 with downloaded software version MA 2.0 but getting the error message " Not possible to download. The set top box not responding". Also the LCD display gives an error "E52d". I am using the serial download server with recommending setting and using a Null modem cable which is working ok with other diagnostic software for the above receiver. Receiver is presently programmed with the software version ME 1.2 and boot software d 2.00
I cannot try the Astra satellite as it is not available at my location for software upgrade.
