I was checking my Master Focus Fibo 90 dish and for the first time I noticed the declination bracket on the back of the dish is offset to the left side from centre. I have been trying to figure out if this would affect the tracking. Even reversing the bracket means it is offset to the right.

I know what you mean but I don't think it affects tracking. As long as declination angle is correct, it doesn't matter where the dish is on the horizontal plain. Especially if it's only about 2mm off centre.
