My Satellite Setup
IDD CI24 ECONO MM Penta 1.20 Galaxy II
1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 25 years and is now fixed on 13 East using two pairs of rusty molegrips. Unlike me they never groan but always perform.

As far as I know a sagem dbox 2 is a cable TV box if it is in German how do you know it is for satellite TV?

So what makes you think a non motorised dish has picked up various satellites? If your dish is pointing at 28.5 Deg East then that is what it will pick up, unless you are moving it by hand to pick up other satellites.

It says it has picked up astria, hotbird etc.r these satelites?

Yes..

BUT

each satellite cluster in orbit uses more or less the same frequencies. All you are actually picking up is the Sky channels:D

do you know why i cannot watch them?
Because they are encrypted to stop you watching them, Mr Murdock would not be very happy if you were watching them without paying. As already mentioned by my esteemed collegue it is most likely that what you are receiving are just different Sky channels not different satellites. The receiver is probably pre-programmed with a selection of satellites, transponders and channels, these frequencies are often the same as you move from satellite to satellite. So the answer was the first line

The box has been debugged,do you know what this means?
No not really, perhaps it means it has been patched but for sure you will not be able to view any encrypted programs on Astra2 as it is not compramised and totally secure
