Now Running On 3 Cylinders.

I must admit it has been a bit tough over the last few months but after loads of blood tests, x rays and various scans I am now firing on 3 cylinders. I somehow think the 6 cylinder boy racer I once was will never return. I know the NHS gets lots of stick but for what we pay its very good. Nothing serious, just wear and tear and the old body is slower at repairing itself from life's excesses In the last few months I have done little, had 2 lots of family from Australia stay for a month, 11/12 hours sleeping, wandering about bored with not enough energy to bother with anything . The Overseer borrowed my computer as hers ground to a halt. Now it takes 7 minutes to boot and loads all my favorite web pages until is locks up. Time for a fresh install then I can see what I have missed in here. But now running on 3 cylinders. Happy Days.

Does your computer boot from an SSD?
If not, a swap over from a HDD boot drive to an SSD boot drive should speed things up quite a bit. If you are contemplating a clean install it would be a good time to swap over.

I already did, but if the engine's a 2-Cyl, then all's good...
